Returns and Warranties
Merchandise purchased through Aten Solar Corp. may be returned within 30 days of receipt for a refund or a credit towards your account if in new and unopened/unused condition. Depending on the product, a restocking fee may be charged.
Aten Solar will not refund to the customer the original shipping charges. Moreover, Aten Solar reserves the right to charge a restocking fee on end of life and special order products. Before returning an item, you must have a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. To obtain an RMA number, email Customer Service at: info@atensolar.com
When returning any item, please include the packaging slip and the RMA number. Items must be returned in original packaging and in a re-sellable state, or additional replacement charges will apply. To return a product to the Aten Solar, you must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization ("RMA") number within 30 days. The Aten Solar will not accept returns without prior authorization and a RMA number. Once issued, RMA numbers are valid for 15 days within which return products must be received by the Aten Solar. RMA numbers will not be extended or reissued. Customer should prominently display the RMA number(s) on the shipping label of boxes containing the returned product.
Customer is solely responsible for shipping any returned product to the Aten Solar. Customer agrees to use only well known carriers capable of providing proof of delivery and insurance for the entire value of the shipment. Customer agrees to bear all shipping charges and all risk of loss for the return product during shipment. Customer agrees that all returned products will be 100% complete, in re-saleable condition, and will include the original packaging material, manuals, blank warranty cards, and other accessories provided by the manufacturer. If any component of the returned product is missing, the Aten Solar's Return Procedure will be breached and the Aten Solar will reject the entire return or may choose to impose additional charges against the customer for replacement of the missing component.
Because of the customization involved, mounting hardware is non-returnable.
Returns for refurbished equipment will not be accepted and should be processed through the manufacturer directly. Most refurbished equipment carries a manufacturer's warranty.
If you receive a damaged item, please notify Aten Solar immediately within 7 days. We will send you a replacement or issue you a full refund after you have returned the damaged or defective product. Please write Customer Service at info@atensolar.com to obtain an RMA number to return your merchandise. You will not be charged any additional shipping or handling fees for replacement shipments.

· Prepaid Company Check, Personal Check, Cashier Check or Bank Check (Note: All Prepaid Orders will take longer to process due to all checks must be cleared, including Cashier's Check due to the existence of fraudulent checks.)

Restocking Fee Merchandise purchased through Aten Solar may be returned within 30 days of receipt for a refund or a credit towards your account only if in new and unopened/unused condition. A 15% restocking fee will be charged for all returns. Mounts and solar modules are generally not returnable. Shipping charges will not be refunded, unless an error was made by Aten Solar in shipping. Before returning an item, you must have an RMA number. Please login, call or email us to get an RMA #. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Processing Time Expect your order to be processed within approximately one to three "business" days, provided the items are in stock and there are no problems with the payment verification. Aten Solar does not guarantee same day shipping. Orders will not be processed on weekends and holidays.
Back Orders Any items that are unavailable will be placed on back order, and the remainder of your order will be shipped. Please check our web site for the back ordered item's estimated time of arrival. Please note that these dates are "estimates" and not guaranteed to arrive on that date.
Order Status Aten Solar will do everything possible to keep you informed of your order via e-mail. Your tracking number will be emailed to you once the item is shipped.
Security Security is our number one priority. All on-line transactions are sent through our secure server and encrypted with 128-bit technology. Once the information is received through the internet, trusted authorized employees will process your payment, and make sure that your information is handled with the highest level of security.
Privacy Aten Solar respects your privacy. We will not under any circumstances sell or release your information to anyone. All of the information obtained from our web site will be used for processing purposes only. The only e-mail you will receive from Aten Solar are updates to any recent orders.

Change Orders You may request a change to your order, assuming your order has not already been charged. Please call during business hour to change your order. Please always have your order number ready.
Cancelled Orders You may request a cancellation of your order, provided your order has not already been processed and shipped. Please call during our business hours as soon as possible to cancel your order. A 10% cancellation fee for the total amount will be charged for all cancellations that are already in route.
