• Free shipping is not valid for orders outside the 48 contiguous states. For international orders, please contact us to receive a freight quote for your order. Please be prepared to provide the product codes for the items you wish to order, and a destination address. • Mounting hardware and accessories may require additional shipping charges.
• We will not deliver to an address different from the bill to address unless we validate order.
• Aten Solar ships ground via UPS/FedEx DHL or LTL common freight if palletized.
• Transit time for ground/freight shipping orders is 5 to 10 business days after shipping.
• If item is not in stock, we will drop ship item from the manufacturer; please allow 2-3 additional business days or contact us for an update.
• Canceling items, combining orders, or changing your shipping address, speed, or preference might affect your order's eligibility for Free Shipping.
• Weekend delivery cannot be requested. We use a variety of carriers to deliver orders, and some do not deliver on weekends.
• Additional fees may be added if delivery is to a rural unpaved or non accessible road or driveway.
